Pennsylvania 40th Senate District Candidate Mayor Tarah Probst to host PA legislative speakers for fundraiser dinner on Friday, February 16th, 2018.
Stroudsburg, PA (February 13, 2018) – Stroudsburg Mayor Tarah Probst is holding her primary kickoff fundraiser Friday, February 16th, 2018 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Sycamore Grille, 92 Main St in Delaware Water Gap. Tarah’s guest speakers will include State Senator John Blake (SD22 – Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe), House Rep Maureen Madden (HD115 – Monroe County) and House Rep Eddie Day Pashinski (HD121 – Luzerne). Many local candidates and elected officials will also be in attendance.
Tarah explains, “I am delighted to have these esteemed Pennsylvania legislators, along with my friends and supporters, joining me for this important event as I launch the ballot petition drive for my campaign for the 40th Senate district seat. I’m very excited and determined for this campaign. I have a great team of supporters and volunteers helping me and we have been working very hard to make this campaign a success. Tarah’s work will be focused on immediate property tax relief that includes a gas severance tax while supporting public education. She will drive her efforts to bettering the lives of Pennsylvania’s families, workers and veterans. She will work for sensible economic development that brings good jobs to our region while preserving open spaces. Tarah supports raising the minimum wage and will work to create jobs with living wages while protecting business interests to accomplish this. Tarah fights for equal rights, worker’s rights and for affordable healthcare with access for everyone.
